The Heartsaver AED With Pediatric CPR Course

The Heartsaver AED With Pediatric CPR Course teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and how to use an AED. Child and infant CPR skills may be taught if students live or work in a setting where children are present. Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and to give first aid for choking for responsive adult, child and infant victims. The course teaches how to recognize the signs of four major medical emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest and choking.

The Heartsaver First Aid Course includes essential information and training in the first-aid skills recommended by OSHA, all in a format that can be delivered in a single day.
